Has the Credit portfolio been adequately assessed by an independent party with the required level of direct credit sanctioning and management  experience across multiple geographies and various positive and negative economic cycles? Have the finer non technical points of a credit that come from a proven application of judgementand experience gained over many years, been taken into consideration? Can Senior Management and the Board be given a well substantiated and reasoned evaluation of existing and potential areas of strength and weakness?
